Rules & Regulation of an NGO must contain that, “spending the income or assets should be exclusively for the purpose of charity only”.

Documents Required For 12A & 80G Certification:

  • Original Registration Certification
  • Duly filled in Form – 10G.
  • Memorandum of Understanding of Section 8 Company (MOU) / Trust Deed.
  • Any Valid utility bills.
  • If the registered office is rented then NOC from the owner is required.
  • A Scanned copy of PAN Card of NGO.
  • Summary of welfare activities carried in the preceding 3 years.
  • Books of Accounts & Balance sheet for the preceding 3 years.
  • List of donors along with their PAN & Address details.
  • List of governing board of trustees & members along with their contact details.
